EMERALD SPRITE STUDIO

As all of us, I move between many worlds, and have been working creatively all my life, hungry to learn, constantly seeking new ways of seeing and doing.  Whether in my formal studies of Anthropology, my work as an herbal medicine maker, or in creation of sacred space and sacred art, I follow a current of connection.  For myself, reconnecting with the wisdom of Nature and celebrating the cycle of her seasons, moon and stars, weather, plants and animals, has been an awakening to the energy that forms a web between all things.  As a student of Nature and the ancient traditions of people who knew her so intimately, I hope to tap into the deep sea of our collective wisdom for the images I create.

This is a time of great change, an opportunity to reintegrate the many aspects of ourselves and dream a new way of being. I feel deeply that creative expression is a tool to aid this process, to begin to put image and form to the dream, the first steps to manifesting change. It is so important to share tools, so we can each find our own creative voice of transformation.

Our precious Earth so generously supports, nurtures, and inspires my life and work.  As I create and share artwork to express my vision, I hope to nurture threads of connection, to aid and inspire others on their own unique path of reconnection with the wonder of the Divine Spirit which dwells within all things. By recognizing the sacred quality of ourselves and the world around us we make choices from a place of respect and reverence for all beings. This awakening will plant the seeds for great healing.  Blessed Be...
